Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: - Clients must notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of $5. - No-shows or cancellations within less than 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Policy: - Clients can reschedule a session without penalty if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Refund Policy: - Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. - If a client is dissatisfied with a service, they should contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution. - Refunds for online courses are available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been completed. Free Consultations: - Free consultations are limited to one per client. - Free consultations must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. - Cancellations or rescheduling of free consultations should follow the same policies as paid sessions.
